ACSR Solutions at the PowTech fair in Nuremberg from 19–21 April

After the first joint Retrofit Alliance trade fair attendance at the Fachpack 2015, we will be represented this year for the first time at the PowTech fair in Nuremberg.

We will be pleased to welcome you from 19–21 April in Hall 3a at Stand 222 and provide you with information about our products and systems.

We will be pleased to demonstrate to you the fully reconditioned, 1993 model of the Kilian RX pictured on the right.

Some of the facts:

• The machine was completely dismantled, cleaned and repainted
• New die table, punch guides including bearings
• Main drive and feeder drive using inverter-controlled, three-phase frequency motors
• Replacement of strain gauge measuring points
• New lubrication and hydraulic system
• Motor-driven adjustment axles including positioning measurement
• All electrics replaced
• Scalable, modern and user-friendly automation system
• Individual sorting using compressed air and integrated monitoring
• Integrated quality control systems from the firm Kraemer Elektronik
